After our first contact - normally by phone - you will get a detailed questionnaire to prepare our non-binding first interview. If we mutually decide that coaching is appropriate, we will begin the coaching process clarifying the starting situation, and begin the analysis of the present state.
As a second step we will define your goals and determine the short- and long-term objectives,
specifying the desired results and reliable benchmarks for a successful course.
During the period, our sessions - face to face or possibly by telephone and/or e-mail can essentially be characterized by a process of reflection and feedback as well as consolidation of your developing abilities and new skills.
At the conclusion of the coaching process, we will review together your outcomes and their transfer to daily functioning. We will also discuss ways in which you can sustain your results. Additionally, if coaching must be terminated before the end of the agreed time, we will still schedule one session to complete the process.
Coaching Sessions Content
If you choose me as a coach to focus on a specific issue or to support you in a particular phase
of your career, we will meet as two experts who are meeting one challenge. Our coaching approach will proceed with a maximum of transparency within the process and complete discretion to the outside. Mutual respect in the coaching process and your readiness for development and change create the conditions for (self-) reflection and feedback.
If we consider and decide collaboratively, we can enrich our conversation by various techniques, such as role-plays orimaginative practices as well as mental training.
Analysing a problem you face will lead from the description of "what can be observed" to the underlying structures and processes involved and the systemic/organizational issues at hand. This process allows you to identify and modify patterns of perception, behaviour and evaluation, after which you can then effectively activate your resources and reach your goals on your own.
Furthermore, coaching can help you develop your analysis skills and the means for finding an appropriate solution on your own in the future.
